The exterior boasts intimate terraces and a luxurious sun-dappled swimming pool, which enjoys scenic views of the surrounding mountains. Throughout the gardens, several relaxing chill-out areas invite you to unwind, while the upper terrace with a rustic al-fresco dining table, seating twelve, is perfect for gathering with friends or family. The villa offers six bedrooms. The first master suite, located on the first floor, has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, air conditioning, and access to the terrace. The second master suite, also on the first floor, features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and access to the terrace. The third bedroom, on the first floor, comes with a king-size bed and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which has twin beds. Both rooms are air-conditioned. On the ground floor, the fifth and sixth bedrooms each feature twin beds and share a bathroom. These rooms are also equipped with air conditioning.

Pool heating is available at an extra cost of EUR 350 per week, with one week’s notice required to ensure the pool is at the desired temperature. A damage deposit of EUR 1,500 is required and will be charged seven days before arrival. This deposit is collected by credit card and will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property, within seven days of check-out.

The villa includes a range of amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a laundry room, central heating, a fully equipped kitchen, pool towels, a coffee machine, and a wine cooler. Entertainment options include satellite TV, a sound system, and table tennis. Outdoors, guests will find a private pool, a heated pool, and a fenced pool area.
