Perfect Location & View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our needs. Right in the middle of South Beach, food, pickleball and the Sea Pines trolley all within walking distance. The only downside was the second bedroom - landscape lighting was so bright outside it was difficult to sleep. Also no way to darken the room with curtains. Other than that it was great, the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful and beach access was easy.

Great condo on the beach!

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head staying at South Beach Club! The condo is right on the pool and a short walk to the beach. This part of the beach is great for families with small kiddos as the water is very calm. Can’t wait to book our next stay!

Location and condo were amazing.

Loved this place! Location was amazing. Easy access to the beach, easy access to shops across the street. Felt safe! Condo was clean and SeaTurtle staff did an incredible job communicating. Very very happy!!

Great location, beautiful view

We loved this place! My mom, brother and I spent a great week in this unit and were extremely happy with everything. It is nicely laid out, with a beautiful view of the water, a balcony with tall table for meals overlooking the pool, and well stocked. Great to have our own staircase down to the pool area and to walk to the beach right in front of us. The management company was great, sent someone immediately when we couldn't figure out the TV, and helped us arrange to have bikes delivered and waiting when we arrived. Loved the South Beach location as well, right next to tennis and pickleball courts (where we signed up for a clinic and round robin) and a quick walk over to the Salty Dog for drinks/dinner. We hope to be back!

This was one of the most well maintained condominium complexes we have stayed in. The outside was very clean and taken care of. Our unit could have used more cleaning we found food under furniture and in the master shower, the windows and kitchen were not wiped down very well.

Very Nice Stay on the Beach

Really enjoyed our stay...good pool and beach access and plenty of other activities within reasonable distance. Only frustration was property management being unresponsive to emails...wrong data/info sheet had been sent with welcome packet. Had to sort out on arrival. Housekeeping feedback - they had tried to put a queen fitted sheet on a king bed. Obviously didn't fit. Had to have new one brought over after we got there. A clear issue they should have recognized. They need to clean under the beds occasionally. Very dusty. Otherwise well maintaned and furnished. We would stay there again.

Horrible rental company, great villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this villa but the rental company is horrible. We lost $200+ of groceries due to broken fridge and rental company would not reimburse us any. After the trip, they made up that the villa was a “mess” and that we had brought in extra people - which was a total lie. Feel bad for owners of the unit bc rental company is so bad.

Perfect Accomodations

The condo at 1905 South Beach Club was perfect. I can't say enough about the location of the condo...overlooking the pool and just steps from the beautiful beach. I have been to Hilton Head several times but never stayed in the South Beach area. It may be our new favorite location. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook at home. Salty Dog was across the street if you wanted a good fish sandwich or a delicious margarita. Yet the area was not congested. The property manager(s) were so helpful when I was looking for a place to stay and very communicative with me to help me find a place that would work for us. We had one small problem with the front door lock, and maintenance was there quickly to fix the problem. Finally, the folks we met either living in the complex or renting like us were friendly and willing to share helpful tips about Hilton Head - restaurants, farmer's market, etc. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from South Beach Club 1905 is amazing, along with the private access down to the pool/beach. Loved that the beach was so close.The condo itself is nice and big, but slightly on the dirty side. The lobby area smelled TERRIBLE when we arrived and had more dead bugs than I have ever seen. This was clean 3 days into our stay. It feels like they do spot cleaning, not deep cleaning. They clean surfaces, but do not pick up things and clean underneath. Linens were clean along with furniture, but when you looked around you could just see dust on fixtures and floor around the furniture. The view made the condo and stay, not to mention we saw dolphins outside our window daily.

Great location!

Beautiful views of the ocean and beach. Enjoyed beach walks with dolphins every morning and beautiful sunsets every evening. Quiet location with Salty Dog across the street with restaurants, stores and nightly music. Unit was perfect for our family of 5. One complaint was the dishwasher was broken. We notified the management company immediately, someone came out but the needed part wouldn’t be available until our check out day. Left us without a dishwasher over Christmas holiday weekend, eating out wasn’t really an option, so I spent a portion of my vacation washing dishes. Management company seemed fine with us using the dishwasher with a broken seal, but I didn’t want to risk damaging the kitchen floor with water. No compensation was offered. I would recommend this unit because of view and location, but beware if something is broken or not working, you’ll have to make the best of it.
