There’s a formal space to the front with a large, comfy sofa perfect for lazing on while watching TV or chatting with friends. If you are working from home or need peace and quiet, there’s a study area at the other end.

At the back of the house, unwind in the dining space as someone prepares a well-deserved meal or enjoy a take-out from one of the many local restaurants like Franco Manca or Rosa’s Thai, Clapham.

In the summer, eat al-fresco in the courtyard-style paved garden. After a tiring day, prepare to sleep in one of the large bedrooms with king-size beds. For added convenience, the third bedroom has a super king-size bed which can be separated into two singles plus a pull-out futon single bed suitable for a child.
