Upon entering the flat we find a hall that leads directly to the living room fully equipped with Smart TV, sofa and side table where you can relax after a day full of activity in the city. Attached to the living room is the kitchen, fully equipped and with all the necessary utensils to make your stay a pleasant one.

Between the kitchen and the living room is the dining area, equipped with table and chairs to share great moments together. Above the kitchen we find a double height equipped with a sofa bed, allowing privacy and rest to the user.

Returning to the hall, we find the fully equipped bathroom with shower. At the end of the hall, next to the living room, is the master bedroom, which has a double bed of 135x180cm, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and auxiliary bedside tables.

Located in the city centre, just a few metres from the cathedral, this flat is perfect for visiting Malaga, enjoying its charm and leisure activities.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
