Enjoy a comfortable stay in this 3-storey townhouse, well-appointed and equipped for your needs:
Work in progress: facade refurbishment until the end of December - cost offset in the rate.
- Living room: double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and dining table.
- Kitchen: open-plan, equipped with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine.
- Bedrooms: two double bedrooms with top-of-the-range bedding and storage space.
- Bathrooms: two modern shower rooms with showers, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.
- WC: two separate toilets for added comfort.
Convenience: washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, iron, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels provided.
Additional information: The townhouse is located on the first floor, with no elevator.
Please also note that rue Saint-Denis, where the apartment is located, was once a hotbed of Parisian prostitution. There are still a few prostitutes in the neighborhood, and you may be able to spot vestiges of this history. Today, the district is best known for its lively atmosphere, while remaining a safe neighborhood.
The entire apartment is at your disposal, from the living room to the last bedroom, with no restrictions.
Check-in is 100% autonomous, thanks to a digital guide available 24 hours a day. After 11 p.m., no assistance is possible: please follow the instructions exactly. During the day (9 a.m.-11 p.m.), we're here to help you via the platform's messaging system or by telephone.
