Guest Access:

• Guests have full access to all four bedrooms, living room, kitchen, garden, and bathrooms (including an ensuite and a full bathroom with an additional WC)
• Entire home is available for guests’ use - no shared spaces

Other things to note:

• We only accept bookings from guests over the age of 25.
• Guests are required to provide a government-issued ID.
• A £250 damage deposit pre-authorisation is required. Don’t worry - this isn’t a charge, and no payment will be taken unless there’s damage or house rules aren’t followed.
• Please note that while there is no TV aerial service, a wide selection of digital channels & complimentary access to Netflix is provided.
• External security cameras are in place to ensure guest safety (no internal recording devices)
