Apartment Balmar is a bright, spacious and beautifully presented holiday home ideally located in the highly popular residential area of El Vinyet in Sites.
4-minute walk to beautiful sandy beaches with a selection of beach bars and restaurants. Sitges centre is a pleasant 10-minute stroll along the seafront.

Also located off this hallway is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen complete with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and a table with seating for 5 guests. There is also a washing machine and dryer in a utility room conveniently attached to the kitchen.

The dining area has a table with seating for 6 guests.
