Great location! Perfect for families.

Loved the location. Great jumping off point of exploring Paris. The place was comfortable and quiet. Overall a very nice place. The wash machine is a nice perk and is helpful for a family.

Very nice apartment in Paris

The apartment is very nice and recent, very well equipped. It was a nice surprise to discover that ther Is not one bathroom only, but another small room with a shower and a basin, that is a nice help with 5 people that have tò take a shower at the same time...The apartment is very close to bus and metro stop and 20 minutes walk to the Louvre. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 Is the fact that the area is a bit degraded and the Building Is currently under works, so we had tò keeo often the obscuring tents down because there were workers at our level...

Hidden problems

Whilst the flat looks impressive, when staying you realise that it is on the 4th floor, the street has sex shops etc so is incredibly noisy through the night, a blind is missing, there are no hooks for towels and coats, no shelves in bathrooms and no clear instructions on beds etc

No Water!!!

The property is in a location where there are many homeless that urinated in the streets. There were renovations being done while my family was there so it was noisy at times… The worst part is on the last day of my stay, suddenly there was no water and I reached out to David (the property manager) no one responded. Needless to say, no one in my family were happy and were distressed because no one was able to clean ourselves!! If you decide to stay at this place, I wish you good luck and hope you will not experience what happened to my family…. Beware and choose at your own risk…

There were some pros and cons of this place. We were sent an email the day of our check in stating the place to pick up keys would be closed so the keys would be in a cabinet. After aimlessly trying to figure out the problem, we discovered the place to pick up keys was actually open. The apartment's temperature was 28C when we arrive. As others have mentioned the street is very loud all hours of the night. Furthermore, there is a sex shop across the street. The wifi password was incorrect, the ly did promptly send the correct password when I notified them.Some positive are the location in terms of proximity to restaurants, metro and shops. The apartment was very clean and plenty of hot water for four adults to shower.

Stay Away! Not safe!

While most of the interior of the apartment was nice (it had just been remodeled) there are some HUGE concerns with this apartment. The check-in process involved walking 2 blocks to a shady hotel to get keys. The neighborhood is not great. We turned the AC on, but it took several hours for the apartment to cool off the hot living room. The bedroom stayed hot our whole stay. There was water damage on the walls under the AC. We texted, tried WhatsApp, & called for fans & were completely ignored. We unpacked the linens for the foldout couches & two of the comforters had what appeared to be human FECES stains on them. Again…we got no response. On the first morning, we were leaving the apartment & the key got stuck in the lock! After calling VRBO directly, someone from the management company finally called back & sent a locksmith, but no ETA. After much too long, a locksmith arrived & replaced the lock. A working lock should be addressed prior to guests arriving! Half the day was wasted. THEN on the third day, I got locked in the building! I was leaving around mid afternoon. & at the outer street door, I discovered 3 people also staying in the building trying to get out. The exterior key fob panel lost power, & NOBODY at the management company had a key to unlock the door. This was SO unsafe as there was no fire escape. It took 5-6 hours & dozens of phone calls before finally getting the building owner to unlock the door. STILL fighting for a refund!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!
