This spacious and modern 1 bedroom apartment is part of a quiet development in Blackburn town centre. You will find everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, clean and modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries and towels, a comfortable double bedroom and high speed Wifi throughout. The modern interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, contemporary fixtures and fittings and plenty of space for up to 2 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in the heart of Blackburn. The living space features a comfortable sofa, smart TV and a dining table. There's a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home. The apartment features high speed broadband throughout. The cosy double bedroom features storage space for clothes and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. The family bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Paid on site parking is available.

Guests have sole access to the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Located in central Blackburn, the town and its attractions are all within easy walking distance. The Mall Blackburn is just a 5 minute walk, home to high street brands and a choice of bars and restaurants. King Georges Hall and Reel Cinema are just a 10 minute walk away. There is a large Morrisons supermarket opposite the apartment and Blackburn train Station is 2 minutes walk away.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most of the town is easily accessed on foot. There are a number of busses servicing the nearby main road, and Blackburn train station is just a 2 minute walk away.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay, just bare in mind it is kitted for 2 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
