Just steps from Girona metro and a short walk to Passeig de Gracia, this space offers an ideal setting for longer stays, available only for monthly rentals . Perfectly located among pedestrian streets with local dining and boutique shopping options, you'll enjoy the tranquility of minimal car traffic alongside the area's lively energy.
Inside, the apartment features high ceilings, heated parquet floors, and ample natural light. The master bedroom boasts a spacious double bed and unique sliding wooden doors that open into the living room, while the second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a convenient work desk below. Unwind in the inviting living room with a dining table, sofa, and TV, or step out onto one of the small balconies to soak in the city atmosphere.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, while the private interior patio provides extra storage space. Additional comforts include air conditioning, heating, WiFi, bed linens, and essentials. With a relaxing bathtub in the bathroom and laundry amenities on hand, this apartment combines style, comfort, and convenience for a memorable Barcelona stay.
