The atmospheric terrace of the villa, surrounded by grapevines and roses, invites long summer evenings. In the beautifully landscaped, enclosed garden lies the private swimming pool, and for children, there is plenty of play space with a swing, climbing rope, and trampoline. Relaxation for adults is offered by the wood-fired sauna next to the pool. Moreover, there is an authentic wood-fired pizza oven on the terrace, including a generous wood supply.



Interior

Inside, a spacious living room awaits with a comfortable corner sofa, large dining table for 8 people, TV with HDMI and Chromecast, and lightning-fast fiber-optic WIFI that reaches even to the pool. The adjacent semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as an induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washing machine.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The villa has three double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and its own bathroom. One bedroom on the ground floor is wheelchair-friendly and has direct access to the terrace and pool via an asphalted path.



Upon request, two comfortable single beds are available for an additional fee, allowing 8 people to stay overnight.
