This modern property is just a 6 minute drive from Liverpool FC stadium (Anfield), 5 minutes drive to Everton FC stadium (Goodison Park) and 8 minute drive to the city, with plenty of free road parking and excellent road and rail links. With plenty of free street parking, this an ideal home from home for contractors or families coming to enjoy all Liverpool has to offer. The local area has some shops for your convenience just a short walk from the property.
The property is just a 6 minute drive from Liverpool FC stadium (Anfield), 2 minutes drive to Everton FC stadium (Goodison Park) and 15 minutes drive to the city, with plenty of free road parking and excellent road and rail links. The nearest airport is Liverpool John Lennon Airport, 11 miles from the accommodation.
Managed by an experienced host, the property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer remote access with easy self check-in and are always on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
The open plan living dining is a bright and airy space to eat or relax and unwind after a long day. A modern and comfortable sofa in the living room that also offers additional sleeping space. A 43â Smart TV with all the streaming apps downloaded is tucked in the corner of the room for a cosy night. Just log in with your details and enjoy your home from home.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make breakfast, lunches or dinners, with a microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. Pots and pans are also in the property as well as crockery and utensils.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 king size and 2 singles. Downstairs there is a living room with a double sofabed (which we can set up for you if required). Each room has a good amount of storage for your belongings varying from under bed drawers, dressing tables and bedside tables. All the beds have fresh, hotel quality linen and towels ready for your stay. The whole place can accommodate up to 6 people!
The modern bathroom has a bath with a shower and complimentary toiletries.
Guests have access to the whole property and outside space.
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Please be careful with the keys so you don't have to pay for replacement locks.
ENERGY USAGE: Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. So please make sure the heating and lights are switched off on exit.
