On the first floor, the house consists of a living room, equipped with a kitchenette, dining area and sofa. Smart TV is available to guests (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms via guests' personal accounts).
From the living room you access the balcony with exposure and views.
The internal staircase leads to the upper floor, with two double bedrooms, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom.
The apartment is managed in the name and on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
The rate includes the rental fee paid to the owner of the accommodation and the cost of services ancillary to the rental provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
The tourist tax of âŹ1.50 per person, per night is not included.
