The Space:
This spacious end-of-terrace house sleeps up to 11 guests, and was completely renovated and refurbished in January 2024.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one is en suite to the master bedroom).
The living room containing a smart TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix & Amazon Prime, a large comfortable sofabed, leading to a fully fitted kitchen where you will find a fridge/freezer, stove & oven and various kitchen essentials including a Nespresso coffee machine and all the usual utensils needed for cooking.
All essentials such as towels, toiletries & hotel-quality bedlinen, are included.
The house can accommodate up to 11 guests in total, with the following bed configuration:
- Bedroom 1 with En Suite (First Floor): 3 x Single beds
- Bedroom 2 (First Floor): Single Bed
- Bedroom 3 (First Floor): Small Double Bed
- Bedroom 4 (Ground Floor): Double Bed and Single Bed
- Lounge: Double Sofabed
There are two separate (non-en suite) bathrooms with walk-in showers on the first floor.
This is a stylish, spacious and comfortable property ideal for all guest types including contractors, corporates, tourists and families.
Unlimited Free Wifi is provided in the property

You have full exclusive access to the house during your stay.
Getting Around:
Manchester City Centre is within a 10-15 minute drive from the house depending on traffic.
Major bus routes stop within a few minutes walk from the hosue with connections to Manchester and Stockport.
The property is not far from the M60, M67 & M56 motorways, with links to the M6 and M62.
Other Things to Note:
Guests are required to complete an online pre-checkin via our partner ChargeAutomation, which includes ID and selfie verification. This enables us to comply with UK law (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972) and details are retained for 12 months. A web link will be sent to you shortly after your booking is confirmed.
