Just a place to sleep—good location!

This place is great if all you want is a place to sleep at night and to take a shower. It was a great location for getting around central London. However, the booking listed free Wi-Fi and we were never given any instructions before checking in and found no instructions on the property. I tried the first few days to get ahold of the property manager and they never responded to either of my messages. If we had had any major issues with the place, no one would have helped us. It requires three flights of steps to reach the room and the room itself had little to no walking space once the second bed was pulled out. Again, not bad if all you’re looking for is a place to sleep, which is what we needed.
