Great location, good communication with host

We came back to the property after one year with my family. We appreciated great location and good communication with the host. Also, the flats are quite clean and spacious compared to other properties. The building is being renovated and that made some noise. This time we had a souterrain apartment which is way less comfortable than the other flats. The entrance was through a different gate, had to pass to the flat with flashlights. The apartment has low ceilings no oven just two microvawes.
