The villa features a private swimming pool overlooking the lake, complete with sun loungers and an umbrella, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. A private garden with fruit and olive trees invites guests to enjoy leisurely strolls and the charm of nature.

Inside the Villa:
• On the upper floor, guests will find two cozy double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a flat-screen Smart TV and a double sofa bed. A beautifully furnished veranda in Provençal style opens up to a large terrace with an outdoor dining table, an umbrella, and spectacular lake views. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this level.
• The lower floor offers a quadruple bedroom, a second living area with a double sofa bed, another well-appointed kitchen, and a bathroom with modern amenities. A large, furnished porch provides additional space to relax and enjoy the lake view, while the dedicated barbecue area is perfect for al fresco dining.

Situated close to the historic center of Padenghe sul Garda, the villa provides convenient access to the area’s charming medieval streets and cultural attractions, such as the 10th-century Padenghe Castle, which offers breathtaking views of Lake Garda. The town is also home to the Church of Sant’Emiliano, a beautiful Romanesque landmark dating back to the 12th century.

The villa is approximately a 15-minute walk from the lake, though traveling by car or bicycle is recommended for added convenience. The surrounding region offers numerous outdoor activities, from cycling and hiking to water sports, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.

Padenghe sul Garda is renowned for its excellent wineries, including those producing the famous Groppello wine, making it a destination for wine enthusiasts and food lovers alike.

Animals will be accepted only upon request to the property and the supplement applied varies from 50 to 100 euros per stay and depends on the size of the animal.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the property online and perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages.
It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.

It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
