Lovely villa for 1 to 6 people with 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
In each wing of the villa is a large bedroom with bathroom en-suite. In the tower of the villa is a large, round, romantic bedroom. There is also a bathroom in this tower.
Located in Foupana, Moncarapacho on a large estate of 16000 m2 with almond trees, olive trees etc. And at the villa also palms, oleanders, bougainvillea, orange trees, lemon trees and mandarin trees. At harvest time, you can pick your own oranges for your own orange juice!
You can also pick olives and almonds from the trees on the property.
There is a beautiful swimming pool at the villa with sunbeds to enjoy the sun and the pool.
There is also a BBQ.
There is the possibility to install a safety net/fence for the safety of children. This is easy to place on the terrace. The children can then play safely inside and outside on the terrace and cannot just go to the swimming pool.
The villa is very well insulated against heat and cold. Double walls, double glazing and shutters on windows and doors.
And of course air conditioning everywhere.

The kitchen is complete with fridge / freezer, electric cooking, oven, combi microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Dulce Gusto coffee machine and a kettle.
There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Upstairs is also a large roof terrace with beautiful views of the hills and sea views on the other side.

Just 10 minutes from the beach of e.g. Fuseta. You can also easily take a boat in 1 of the coastal towns to 1 of the islands off the coast with beautiful beaches. In a short time you are on the other side by boat.

You can also enjoy delicious food in Portugal. Excellent fish dishes but of course also all kinds of other dishes.

Beautiful Place

This is a beautiful house with amazing views of the surrounding landscape. I never realised how amazing the Algarve landscape is. The house is extremely well designed. The central living space is an open space perfect for socialising in comfort and taking photos to send home (to make all your relatives envious- honestly, it’s gorgeous). The two downstairs bedrooms are large with private en-suite facilities. The upstairs room has its own sun deck, again, looking out across the landscape. The layout of the house means all the rooms feel private on a night. No chance of hearing anyone snorting! All the facilities you need are there. I cannot say enough good things about this house. We stayed in January and we were lovely and warm on a night as every room has aircon / heating. The log burner also made the socialising space cozy on the odd ‘chilly’ night. During the day we could stay cool indoors or get the sun - there was certainly plenty of that too. Casa Oliveira is just a few minutes from the main highway, and less than 20 mins from the airport. So if you fly from the UK at breakfast time, you can be in the pool by lunch. It is wonderfully private, too. We wanted a family space to relax in and reconnect away from it all - and we got it here.
