This fantastic holiday home in Houvig, is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The house, built in 2016, offers modern facilities and a spacious interior that can accommodate up to 10 people. With a plot area of 3500 square meters and a house area of 245 square meters, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy.
The house is categorized with 5 stars, which guarantees a high standard and comfort. It is ideal for those who want to spend time in nature, as it is only 150 meters from the water. Here you can take long walks on the beach, or take a swim in the clear water. Pets are also welcome, so you can bring your four-legged friend on holiday.
Inside the house you will find 5 bedrooms that are comfortably furnished. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds and one bedroom with bunk beds, making it ideal for couples and families. With a total of 10 sleeping places, there is room for everyone. The house has 4 bathrooms that are equipped with modern amenities such as shower, toilet and underfloor heating, which also makes the outdoor shower a pleasant experience on the coldest days.
For those who like to entertain, there is an activity room with billiards, table football and much more. This room is perfect for spending time with friends and family, while having a fun evening. The house also has an indoor spa for 2 people, as well as an outdoor sauna where you can relax after a long day.
