The Superior Duplex on the 1st floor offers an open-plan kitchen and living/dining area, a twin and double bedroom on the 1st floor and a twin bedroom with private dressing/study space on the 2nd floor.
The living/dining area is incredibly spacious and provides a true âown homeâ experience with a flat screen HD TV, comfortable seating and a dining area.
The ultra-modern kitchen is well-equipped with top of the range cooking and laundry appliances; including a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, an oven, a hob, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils ready for use. We provide complimentary essentials such as tea, coffee, milk and cereals.
The bathrooms, two in total, are fitted with high powered bath/shower facilities and include towels and complimentary toiletries.
The property is conveniently located a short 15-min drive from Reading Town Centre and Station. The No 6 bus stop is located in front of the property and offer a direct service into Reading Town Centre. Madejski Football Stadium, home to Reading FC, is a 5-min drive OR 20-min walk from the property and the nearest airport is London Heathrow, via the M4 motorway.
Extra enticing amenities include a communal garden, perfect for sunny days and on-site parking.
