A newly renovated, two-bedroom, self-contained apartment in the heart of Berwick-upon-Tweed, this space combines comfort and practicality—perfect for both business and leisure stays. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living area with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, and two double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. Situated on the ground floor, it’s also ideal for guests with limited mobility.

Annex 4 @ The Rocket Room Apartments is tucked away behind the commercial shops on Marygate. Accessed via a secure door and a communal alleyway shared with other on-site apartments, this quiet apartment offers privacy while being conveniently close to the town's main amenities.
Internal:

Upon entering, you’re greeted by a hallway ideal for storing personal belongings, leading into the open-plan kitchen and living area. This spacious yet cosy room features a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a two-seater breakfast table.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and an integrated fridge, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
Bedroom one:
Located through an internal door in the open-plan living area and has a double bed and smart TV. The internal door leads into the en-suite bathroom.
En-suite Bathroom:
The en-suite bathroom features a toilet, wash hand basin and a single shower cubicle.
Bedroom Two:
By the entrance hallway, there is an internal door that leads into the second bedroom. This bedroom also features a double bed and smart TV. The internal door leads into the en-suite bathroom.

The en-suite bathroom features a toilet, wash hand basin and a single shower cubicle.
External:
There is an enclosed outdoor area which is shared with the neighbouring apartment.
Parking:
Unfortunately, there is no parking for the apartment. The closest free parking is at The Maltings and/or Quayside Car Park which are both within 5 minute walking distance.
Pet Rules:
A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome, however, they must be fully house-trained, well-behaved and must not be left unaccompanied in the house. Dogs must not go on furniture or beds. We do not accept dogs under 12 months old.
