This charming holiday home in Lild Strand, ideally located only 400 meters from the sparkling water. This spacious house, built in 1992 and renovated in 2021, offers a perfect combination of modern comforts and cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups up to 8 people.

With a house area on 160 square meters and a plot of land on 924 square meters, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the holiday. The house has four comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with double beds, which ensures a good night's sleep for all guests. There is also two bathrooms, both with showers, toilet and underfloor heating, which adds an extra luxury feeling, especially in the cold days.

Pets are welcome, so you can take your four-legged friends with you on holiday. With room for up to two pets, the whole family can enjoy the scenic area around the house. The large terrace is perfect for outdoor meals, and with a barbecue and fire pit, you can enjoy cozy summer evenings under the stars.

Inside, the house is equipped with modern facilities, including a microwave oven, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, especially so you can feel at home even when you are away. The kitchen is spacious and functional, which makes it easy to prepare delicious meals for the family. There is also a fridge with freezer that has a capacity of 100 litres, so you can store all your food and drinks.

For entertainment there is a television with access to both Danish and German TV, as well as Chromecast, so you can stream your favorite shows. Wireless internet is available throughout the house, so you can stay connected if you ø want to. There is also a radio to create the right atmosphere while you relax.
