Three Bed Cottage in the heart of the Peaks
Summary:
Nestled in the heart of Edale, this charming cottage offers a warm, thoughtfully designed retreat ideal for friends and families. With cosy interiors and modern comforts, itâs the perfect base for exploring the stunning landscapes of the Peak District.
Step right onto scenic walking and cycling trails from the doorstep, leading through rolling hills and picturesque valleys. A true haven for nature lovers and adventurers alike.
The Space:
Welcome to Dunelm Cottage!
We are delighted to host you and hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Living Room - Cosy living space with cosy burning fire (this is our heat source where you can find further instructions in the guide), and beautiful views of Mam Tor. Complete with a large TV with such apps like Netflix, Disney etc.
Kitchen & Dining Area - Beautifully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and bread maker! We have a dining space for 4 guests and the additional 2 with a Dunelm style table extender.
Laundry - Washing Machine & separate clothes dryer.
Bathrooms - On the first floor we have a seperate shower & bath with quality towels and essential amenities provided.
On the top floor we have it's own shower & toilet with all the essentials.
Bedroom One - Master bedroom with a king size bed with quality linen, ample storage space, side drawer storage & a fantastic telescope for viewing the stars over clear night skies over the Peak District National Park. Hairdryer provided.
Bedroom Two - Double bed with quality linen, great views and a personal cosy reading area.
Bedroom Three - This is one of our favourite places of the proeprty, it's like having your own personal apartment. It includes a double bed, with quality linen and ample storage space with a log burning stove. Also included is your own personal breakfast trays for relaxing in bed with a tea or coffee.
Internet - Wifi available.
Parking - There are 2 designated parking spaces directly in front of the house and in front of the outhouse. Please ensure you park within these spaces to avoid blocking other peopleâs driveway. 2mins drive is parking for a 3rd car if needed.
Guest Access:
Key box entry, the code is issued 2 days before check in.
We have 2 free parking spaces out the front of the proeprty, there's paid parking for a 3rd car 2 mins from the property.

"The property features central heating powered by wood pellets. Extra electric heaters are placed around the house for additional warmth. Instructions for the heating system (Feeding the Beast!) are available, and the wood pellets are stored in the wooden shed in the yard."
