Feel at home at this stunningly presented one bedroom ground floor apartment located just a stone's throw from the Science Park and Cambridge North Train Station. Although out of the popular city centre, it is still within easy reach thanks to the frequent transport links nearby. An ideal place to base yourself whilst you explore Cambridge, work in the area or simply want to relax!
On arrival, guests will be able to enjoy the benefit of having their very own allocated parking space located within the car park (off road).
Upon entering the property, guests will be immediately greeted by the bright & modern decor, which is a consistent theme throughout this property. The open plan living / dining area offers versatile living and further benefits from a workspace should you prefer to work remotely.
The living area comprises a comfortable & cozy area to wind down after a long day and enjoy all the TV programmes that you usually do with the benefit of the Smart TV having access to BBC iPlayer, ITV, Channel 4, Netflix & Prime Video*. The versatility of this area means that the sofa can be also changed in to a sofa bed also
For those guests who enjoy their cooking, they can enjoy doing so in the modern fitted kitchen area comprising a range of matching wall & base units and integrated fridge (under-counter), dishwasher, washing machine and electric oven too. Further benefits are that you will have access to a toaster, kettle & microwave.
The bedroom has all that you would need and benefits from another Smart TV giving you access to all those popular streaming channels & apps*. The bed itself is dressed in high-quality linen to ensure guests have that peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom can be found off of the bedroom where toiletries, towels & bath mats are all provided for guests convenience!
This property continues to impress with a cute courtyard garden that is not shared with anybody else and is a sun-trap (when the sun does show!!).
*you will need your own subscription to access these features within the Smart TV.
With a view of trying to enhance our guest's experience, you will have full and private use of the property entirely.
Once bookings are confirmed, you will receive the information to allow you easily check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. Of course, support is readily available and direct contact details will also be provided so that you can contact someone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with any queries or concerns.
- The lead booker will be required to pay a security deposit that will be refunded upon checkout subject to the condition of the property. They will also be required to sign our terms & conditions, which will be sent through once the reservation has been made. The booking will not be confirmed until both the deposit has been paid and the terms & conditions have been signed.
- Out of respect to our neighbours, we do not allow parties of any kind
- Smoking in the property is absolutely prohibited and is strictly referred to in our terms & conditions
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- Full Fibre Broadband with speeds of up to 150 Mb
- Under no circumstances are pets allowed
- We provide basic toiletries to help get you set-up. These include a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet rolls and kitchen roll.
- You will receive a welcome information pack containing information such as local amenities, restaurants, transport links etc
