This thoughtfully designed villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for families or groups. The master bedroom boasts a double bed, while the remaining three are furnished with single beds. Each room includes fans, mosquito nets, garden-facing windows, and ample wardrobe space. The bathrooms, shared between every two bedrooms, are equipped with modern showers, hairdryers, bidets, and fresh towels.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, double fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. For added convenience, it connects to the living-dining area and has direct access to the garden and pool. The living room, with comfortable seating and a dining space, is perfect for relaxing or gathering with loved ones.
The villa's outdoor spaces are truly exceptional. The terrace features a shaded dining area with a BBQ and breathtaking views of the golf course and the Maspalomas dunes. The expansive garden surrounds the private pool (heatable for an additional cost), complemented by a solarium and a chill-out area for unwinding under the sun.
For entertainment, the basement recreation room includes a pool table and darts, adding a playful touch to your stay. Private parking is available for added convenience, and the villa is just a 3-minute drive from the lively areas of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés, offering a wide selection of restaurants, shops, and amenities.
