Welcome to Villa Mia, a delightful apartment nestled in the charming
coastal town of St Lucia, KwaZulu Natal. This self-catering
accommodation is ideal for a group of four, offering a relaxing escape
with modern conveniences. The apartment has two inviting bedrooms, one
with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds; both
are air-conditioned, ensuring a cool retreat after a day of adventure.
A shared bathroom with a shower and toilet caters to guestsâ needs, and
fresh, crisp linen and towels are provided.
Guests can unwind in the spacious lounge area, which includes a
television and a tranquil view of the lush garden filled with palm
trees and tropical greenery. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the
essentials, including an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster,
and kettle, perfect for those looking to prepare meals. Outside, a
large shared pool invites you to cool off, while secure covered parking
on-site ensures peace of mind.
Beyond the apartment, St Luciaâs captivating beauty awaits. Situated
within a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this enchanting town is surrounded
by pristine beaches, coastal forests, and an array of natural wonders,
including swamps, lake systems, and coral reefs. Nearby activities like
bird watching and game drives offer unforgettable encounters with
wildlife, making it a perfect base for nature enthusiasts. With its
breathtaking landscapes and vibrant ecosystem, St Lucia is truly a
jewel on South Africaâs east coast, promising a memorable stay in one

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 51 Mckenzie St, St Lucia, 3936. The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
