Nestled in an elevated position with magnificent views over the splendid Loch Earn in the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. Known for its tranquil beauty, St Fillans is a haven for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The village boasts great amenities including a well-stocked shop, array of eateries and a range of attractions, including the serene Loch Earn, perfect for boating, fishing, and water sports. Surrounding Munros provide excellent opportunities for hiking, with trails offering breath-taking views of the loch and countryside. St Fillans is also home to the scenic Glen Tarken Walk, a popular route for those who enjoy a peaceful stroll through nature. The village's golf course, established in 1903, offers a charming nine-hole challenge amidst spectacular landscapes, or explore the remnants of Dundurn Hillfort, an ancient Pictish site that adds a touch of historical intrigue to the area. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped bespoke kitchen with central island and seating are. The comfortable dining area is perfect for family gatherings where you can also admire the breath-taking views. Next is the games room where you can test your skills on the American pool table and a wall-mounted darts board. Followed by the superb indoor swim spa where you can swim against the wave settings whilst enjoying the breath-taking views. Leading through from the games room you will also find a spacious Sauna to relax and unwind in and a LUMI cold water therapy pod. Finally completing the ground floor is the bathroom with free-standing bath and WC. Leading up the stairs to the five luxurious bedrooms all with TVs. Comprising of a master super king-size bedroom with panoramic loch views, dressing room, en-suite shower room with WC and direct access out to the spacious balcony.
