Luxury 3 Bedroom Penthouse apartment with sea view. 10 mins walk to Venus Beach

Kick back and relax in beautiful Paphos at our luxury, 3 bedroom penthouse apartment with views over the Mediterranean Sea.
The beautiful Blue Flag Venus Beach is just a 10-15 minute walk away and you have a great choice of places to eat and drink within the same walking distance. Our family has owned this new-build penthouse apartment for 4 years and we have taken great care in the way it has been decorated & furnished, so it is genuinely a home from home.

The apartment is located on the second floor, there is a lift.

Upon entering the front door, you will find a light, bright, contemporary open plan living, dining and kitchen area comfortably furnished and equipped to accommodate up to 6 guests. Double patio doors lead onto a large, sunny balcony area.
The room is furnished with comfortable sofas, occasional tables and a dining table and 6 chairs.
There is a TV unit with a large, flat screen smart TV with international TV channels.
We provide free Wi-Fi internet

The kitchen has everything you could need for your convenience, including a washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with grill, hob and extractor, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
There is plenty of crockery, mugs, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

There is an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and steam mop.

Air conditioning units are fitted in all 3 bedrooms and in the main living area.
The units can also be used to heat the apartment during the winter months.

The 3 bedrooms are all a good size and have quality beds with the most comfortable memory foam mattresses so you can enjoy a good nights sleep.

Bedroom two and three share the main family bathroom which has a walk in shower, toilet and vanity unit.


General Information:
All the hot water is solar heated.
All bedding and towels are provided.
We also have a supply of beach towels for you to use by the pool or when sunbathing.

There is a large south facing balcony to the front of the property, off the main living area with views over the blue Mediterranean Sea.
The main balcony is furnished with comfortable sofas and a coffee table, a dining table and 6 chairs and a large sun parasol which provides welcome shade on hot days.
Sun loungers are also provided for those who love to spend lazy days sunbathing and enjoying the fabulous Cyprus climate!

Location information:

The apartment is on a small complex of 20 apartments in a quiet, mainly residential area.
The complex has an un-heated shared pool.
There is covered private parking for one car allocated to our apartment.


**IMPORTANT NOTICE **: Paphos in general, has a lot of building developments ongoing and the Tombs of the Kings area is no exception to this. A new apartment block is being built within 50 metres of our apartment complex.
Work will be visible and disturbance and dust may be experienced until Autumn 2025.
The hours of work are anticipated to be between 07:00 and 15:00 hrs.

Lidl Supermarket is 900m distance, Venus beach 600m and Paphos harbour approx 3 km.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars along the main Tombs of the Kings road all within a 10-15 minute walk.
We are approx 17km to Paphos airport, a 25 minute journey by car.

Getting around:
The bus service in Paphos is both reliable and inexpensive so a hire car is not essential.
The 615 bus runs every 15-20 minutes along the main Tombs of the Kings road to Coral Bay. The bus stop is only a 5 minute walk. Buses in the opposite direction run into the new main bus terminal where you can then catch a bus to the harbour, shopping mall or the old town.
We can recommend a reputable and good value car hire company if you wish to explore the beautiful surrounding areas.

We would highly recommend this property. It's in a great location, you can walk to the local supermarket, restaurants and beach. The apartment is beautifully maintained, well equipped and the host was very informative with both directions and instructions.A perfect first trip to Cyprus

What an amazing apartment! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The apartment had everything we needed it was so well equipped, a home from home. The apartment is owned by brothers Ian and Russell.
We purchased as a new build in 2021.
We are relatively new to hosting and we are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our beloved Paphos home.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We purchased our apartment in this area of Paphos due to its convenient proximity to all amenities and the beach.
Tombs of the Kings is a vibrant district, close to the sea with safe blue flag beaches. We are within easy walking of a choice of restaurants and bars and Lidl supermarket.
Our street is made up of mainly small apartment complexes and townhouses and a small family run aparthotel, Hilltop Gardens. A handy 24 hour kiosk is just around the corner.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our apartment is pretty unique in the amount of outdoor space available.
We have an enormous front balcony along with good size balconies from both bedroom one and two.
The front balcony is uncovered and south facing with far reaching sea views.
The two balconies at the rear are west facing so shaded in the hottest part of the day.
The best of both worlds!
