Overview
Villa Chryso is located in Larnaca - Pervolia, Larnaca Region. This
detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi
and sleeps up to 6 people with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There is a
private pool (South-East Facing) with barbecue. Walking distance to the
Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

The Villa offers an open plan downstairs area with a spacious living /
dining room and access to the back garden. Patio doors lead to back
veranda and a private swimming pool. The kitchen is fully fitted with
breakfast bar. There is also a guest WC / shower room. Heading upstairs
you will find 3 separate bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with wood flooring and access to
private verandas. The master bedroom offers En-Suite bathroom. The
whole villa is fully air-conditioned. There is a separate utility room
and access to the loft.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are
patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/hob
and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Bedrooms
Villa Chryso has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

The air conditioning in the living room is 10 EUR per day payable
directly to the owner. Pool towels can be arranged for an extra charge
of 2 EUR per day, per person, paid directly to the owner. Please
request this before arrival.
Air-Conditioning
The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There
is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is
a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
