Duplex apartment with terrace, located in the heart of Ortigia, a few meters from the Duomo, Fonte Aretusa and numerous architectural masterpieces ranging from different styles and eras.This bright apartment can be accessed from two entrances: one from the second floor where there is the bedroom and one from the third floor directly into the kitchen. The living area has a comfortable sofa with TV and a dining area with table and stools, next to the well-equipped kitchen also fitted with an oven and microwave.From here, an internal staircase leads to the lower floor which houses the bedroom with a queen size bed and the bathroom with shower. Guests can also enjoy a private terrace for outdoor meals. At guests' disposal also free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating with a heat pump.*In the same building there are other apartments. Then, on the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo.
