Modern minimalist and spacious flat of 75m2, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room-kitchen and a private patio, well equipped and with a maximum capacity of 6 people with direct access from the communal courtyard of the olive tree. Located in a very local area in the historic centre of the city, in a magnificent new building with lift and swimming pool + solarium on the roof terrace.
The living room has a sofa bed, TV and a large dining table. The kitchen with a comfortable island-style bar and high stools is modern and well equipped (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle...). The flat is also equipped with hairdryer, iron, wifi, air-conditioning, ...
The main bedroom has a double bed of 150x190cm and a modern en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two 90x190cm single beds and a modern en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are spacious and they are indoors, which guarantees a good rest.
The flat is located on the ground floor of an elegant, newly built building with a beautiful courtyard with an olive tree inside from which you can access the different flats.
In the basement there is a communal area with a washing machine and dryer room.
The neighbourhood is a very local area with a lot of life in the city centre, with a great gastronomic offer, bars and restaurants, culture and local lifestyle, from where you can walk to the main points of interest of the city.
We are not a hotel or apartment with serviced. Additional cleaning service or other extra services are available on request.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has an elevator.The apartment, with ample and comfortable space, is distributed in two bedrooms:the main one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds.
It also consists of a bathroom with shower equipped with hand soap, gel and shampoo, and the living room that is divided into an integrated and fully equipped kitchen, the dining table, a sofa bed, flat screen TV, heating, central air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.The apartment also has large windows that face the outside and allow it to have excellent natural light.
Access to the building and apartment is by access code, no more keys!So that you fully enjoy your stay, the apartment has a shared pool (not heated) in the building (open 365 days a year from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m.) and terrace!
We have a laundry room available to all guests of the building, with a washer and dryer (room in the basement).
It is totally forbidden to smoke in all the facilities of the building and apartment, make noise and disturb other guests, hold any type of party/event and make improper use of the facilities.In case of non-compliance with these rules, the guest will be responsible for the repair/solution of any incident.
