Being literally two steps from the city center. Leaving home, city life pulsates: restaurants, the river, museums, the old town and the castle. All without compromising the rest and silence of a comfortable home.
Here we excel in cleaning and disinfection, regulated by DGS (PT) and CDC (USA) for the safety of our guests.
The common areas of the house can be used in full. Our listing has 3 bedrooms with capacity for 7 people; The availability of rooms will be proportional to the number of people hired in the reservation.

Here we accommodate two couples comfortably in two rooms with double bed (B&W Room), a queen size bed and an extra single bed (Zen Room). Friends and family can easily be accommodated with 2 single beds (White&Blue Room). For young couples with children, we have a baby crib (portable), a baby bathtub and baby eating chair.
The house, located on a 2nd floor with elevator, has two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi Shower equipped with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, nespresso machine, toaster, fridge-freezer and laundry machine. In the living room there is a sofa, dining table with 4 chairs and cable TV with more than 100 channels.
The common areas of the apartment can be used in full. Our listing has 3 rooms with a capacity for 7 people; the availability of the rooms is proportioned to the number of persons in the reservation.
Communication will always be with the host MĂłnica, via the Airbnb app or via phone number.
Check-in will be conducted by our collaborator, whose details will be sent before your arrival.
The area is quiet, despite being practically in the city center. In the building live local residents that work in the city.
The city is well visited on foot, however, for those who like it is possible to rent bicycles (2 min from the apartment). The tuc-tuc also came to the city and is an interesting way to visit some places. To reach the beach the boat service is close, about 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Those who wish to visit the surrounding towns of Tavira we recommend car hire.
In front of the house there is a bakery and fresh bread is always guaranteed, just walk down the stairs. Within 2 min there are grocery stores with the basics, vegetables and fruit as well as a wine cellar with selection of various wines. There is also a Landry store for those who do not want to waste time dealing with clothes.

1- IF YOU HAVE NOT COMMUNICATED YOUR ARRIVAL TIME:
If you fail to communicate your arrival time up to 2 days before arrival, you may have to wait for the team to be available.
2- DELAYS AT THE AGREED TIME:
Our team will be at your address 40 minutes before the agreed time; any delays must be communicated at least 1 hour before the previously established time. After this time, we will charge an additional fee of âŹ20.
3- LATE CHECK-INS:
Check-ins after 8:00 pm will be charged an additional amount of âŹ20.
Please take care of this space as if it were your own home, keeping it clean and organized. Read these simple rules that help you during your stay: one check-in rule, five stay rules and two rules for your check-out.
A CHECK-IN RULE.
Respect the Check-in time: Our check-in takes place regularly between 3pm and 9pm, and may occur from 12pm if the advert is available. For late check-ins we charge an additional âŹ20. This is due to the fact that it requires additional resources to accommodate you outside of regular hours.
FIVE RULES OF STAY.
Please help us conserve energy and water: turning off lights, fans and electronic devices when not in use, and taking conscious and economical showers.
To ensure the comfort of all residents, we ask that you observe quiet hours from 8pm until 8am. Please remember that we are in a residential neighborhood and it is important to respect our neighbors.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, we appreciate your understanding.
During your stay you are responsible for cleaning the space; The use of towels and their washing is the responsibility of the guest during the stay. If you would like additional cleaning, please contact us. There will be a fee of âŹ45 and includes change of sheets and towels.
If it breaks, you pay: the security deposit will be activated after check-out in case we need to repair or replace any item.
TWO CHECK-OUT RULES.
On the day of your checkout, place used sheets and towels in the laundry basket. When leaving the apartment, please throw away the kitchen and bathroom rubbish. There is a container right outside the building.
VERY IMPORTANT: leave the key in the key holder â NEVER IN THE LOCK!
These rules aim to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, while promoting environmental responsibility and mutual respect.
