Den perfekta bilden av en mysig tillflyktsort hemifrån, ligger vår egendom i det karakteristiska centrum av Orta S. Giulio, där ögat går förlorat mellan den magnifika sjön och skönheten i de inre gatorna.
Byggnaden 1600, med bibehållen sin ursprungliga och forntida charm, har nyligen renoverats och målats på nytt med uppmärksamhet på alla detaljer.

Huset är uppbyggt på två våningar, med vind- och sjöutsikt.

Vid ingången hittar du en fantastisk utomhusveranda med stenbågar där du kan koppla av medan du njuter av en underbar utsikt.

Det finns sex bäddar, två dubbelrum och möjligheten att använda bäddsoffor. Två badrum med dusch och badkar. Perfekt för familjer och vänner.

Det finns också ett privat garage, 350 meter från fastigheten.

Orta Gem

We stayed at this spectacular property for three days in May. Two couples from Philadelphia on first leg of our 10 day trip. The apartment is charming and perfect for our needs. Giorgio the property manager lead us to the steps to the village and apartment. The parking is located a few meters up the hill and easy to access. A heads up? You get your steps in on the town. Cobblestones and stairs. Lots of them. Giorgio trouble shot the washing machine and patiently answered our questions We highly recommend the property and the town!

Beautiful!

We stayed for one week as a family of 4 (kids age 3 and 1)! This apartment is perfect! It’s a 5 min walk from the garage to the apartment in city center and up stairs, so getting luggage up is a little tedious, but so worth it. We did it with young kids everyday. The apartment isn’t super suited to young young kids like ours, but it’s still worth it. The covered porch is amazing to drink wine on and just enjoy Orta. There’s plenty of space for everyone in the apartment and it’s located in the enter of the town so super close to all restaurants (make sure to drink wine at the wine bar right outside the apartment building door). The apartment manager is fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.

Très agréable séjour à Orta San Giulio

Magnifique maison ancienne au cœur d’Orta San Giulio ! La maison est très originale, agréable avec sa terrasse patio et très bien équipée. Petits commerces et restaurants juste à côté. Orta San Giulio est un village magnifique, point de départ de nombreuses activités.

Tolle Wohnung mit Blick auf den See

Orta ist perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge und Wanderungen oder einfach zum Baden. Durch die Lage in der autofreien Innenstadt konnten die Kinder auch schon mal alleine die Umgebung erkunden.

Appartement central et avec vue "ambiancée"

Superbe appartement avec une exceptionnelle terrasse"loggia" en plein centre de Orta .On est à la fois dans l'animation du centre et à l'ecart "au dessus". Tout le village pittoresque est ainsi accessible ,le port pour les visites à l'ile GanGiulio ou le reste du lac .L'ameublement personnel tres chic permet de se sentir plutot "come a casa" ou chez des amis loin de quelque chose d'impersonnel et anonyme . L'accueil était efficace et charmant :bref parfait pour notre petit séjour .

Great spot for family stay in San Giulio/Lake Orta

My family of 5, including tween-age kids, just returned from a 3-night stay and thoroughly enjoyed this apartment in San Giulio. As other reviewers have noted, the terrace with a view is a highlight. Even in the heat of August this year, we enjoyed sitting out there and watching the strollers in town go by below us--and when it got too hot we just went for a swim in the lake, which was wonderful. The hosts were great and easy to work with. A great spot in a lovely town in the Lake District.

Great Stay

Idyllic spot in Lago D’orta. The apartment is located in the heart of the storico centro, steps from Piazza Motta. The apartment itself is clean, apportioned well with all the amenities needed. Our family spent a week there and couldn’t be happier. Giorgio, Sara and Francesca are super hosts! The only issue preventing this from being a five star review is that the workers from restaurant below like to drink and enjoy each other’s company late in the night after the restaraunt closes . Count on a 3 am wake up , or close the windows in the back.

Traumhafte Wohnung inmitten des schönen Ortes Orta San Giulio

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete und großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit einer traumhaften überdachten Terrasse/ Patio. In nur wenigen Schritten ist man am Hauptplatz des Ortes, von oben hört man das Stimmengewirr, ohne immer dem Trubel in den Gassen direkt ausgesetzt zu sein. Kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Küche, moderne Dusche, angenehme Betten, wundervolles Ambiente. Giorgio hat uns in Empfang genommen, stand für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung und hat uns einige gute Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung gegeben. Er kümmert sich wunderbar um das Wohl der Gäste vor Ort. Wir haben die Zeit in dieser Traumwohnung sehr genossen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Italien wie im Film

Italy at its best! Geschmackvolles Appartement mit toller Loggia (what you see is what you get). Bei einem Glas Wein hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Leben in den Gassen. Morgendlicher Lärm der Müllabfuhr gehört zum Ambiente dazu. Aber auch das macht die besondere Atmosphäre von Orta san Giulio aus. Check-in/Check -out völlig unkompliziert (Giorgio is a very, very friendly and helpful guy). Forget Lago Maggiore, go Lago d‘Orta.

Truly lovely apartment in stunning town

This excellent apartment is located in the oldest street in Orta San Giulio, and is a stone's throw from Orta's main square, the Piazza Motta. It's very central location and views of the lake and the island make it a perfect place to experience Italian life in Orta - shops ( including a small grocery store), restaurants and bars are a few paces from your front door. Giorgio was marvellous , helped us with parking on arrival ( having your own garage space is a real bonus) and made great suggestions for places to visit and eat. He was extremely helpful and charming - Thanks Giulio. The apartment is wonderful, 16th century, well equipped and well laid out and comfortable - it's romantic covered terrace really is an unexpected bonus. You are high above the streets below, with vistas over the rooftops to the lake and mountains. You feel as though you are participating in life outdoors, whilst in the privacy of your own terrace. Breakfast and evening drinks were a treat on the terrace. We'd love to return to Orta San Guilio and revisit this special apartment. Don't hesitate to book it.

Ferienwohnung mit super Dachterrasse

Die Dachterrasse und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist prima - sie befindet sich im dritten Geschoss des Gebäudes mit Blick auf den See. Man ist mitten im Geschehen - vorne raus eine kleine Piazza und unterhalb der Schlafzimmer ein Restaurant. Fußläufig ist alles erreichbar. Abkühlen im See kann man sich überall - im nächsten Ort gibt es einen öffentlichen Strand, wo auch Hunde erlaubt sind. Alles in allem TOP - nur die Lautstärke ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Stunning apartment with great views. Fully equipped kitchen, and the covered porch was amazing!!

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Donatella was great at welcoming us and showing the area. Two floors with two baths was great for our family, with 2 teenagers! We loved it!

We loved our stay in this lovely apartment. The terrace from which we could view the lake was wonder

The apartment is large on 3 stories. The 2 bedrooms are spacious. The one way upstairs has a great view of the lake. Our 8 year old slept up there among the eaves. The small kitchen was more than adequate in a town full of great restaurants. We cooked a couple of dinners and enjoyed eating on the terrace sipping wine and admiring the lake. We swam every day in the lake -- going in just about 50 paces from the apartment. Donatella took care of any problems and gave us helpful advice. We stayed here for 6 nights after fast paced travel in 3 other countries. Orta was a great place to kick back and relax. The town is fascinating and the lake clear and beautiful. We would highly recommend Francesca's family's apartment, especially for families. An Oregon family
