Large 4 bedroom house with front driveway located in Southall West London 10mins from Heathrow Airport.
Large 4 bedroom house with private driveway, private garden, a washing machine and free WiFi.
Perfectly located just 10 minutes away from Heathrow Airport and a few minutes drive into Southall. Well connected to central london and other areas with various London bus routes with a bus stop just outside the front door. Southall railway station is only a few minutes drive away. Close to the M4 and A40 motorways with easy access to the M25.
Located in Southall, famous for the Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Sikh temple, one of the largest outside of India and welcomes visitors. The famous Southall Broadway and Southall market is perfect for shopping and window shopping. There are numerous places to eat and drink. Southall has alot to offer and well worth a visit if you are in the area.
Perfect for tourists, large families or groups and contractors /corporate clients who will benefit from being able maintain social distance.
Parking - secure off-road private driveway parking which adds great value.
As you arrive at the townhouse, the long driveway awaits you. Through the main front door, the downstairs toilet is on the left and the beautifully decorated lounge is on the right. The welcoming lounge boasts a flat screen TV , two 3 seater sofas and a comfy day bed which can be used as a comfortable single bed at night. The kitchen is located to the back and opens onto the well landscaped beautiful garden. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, all utensils and a washing machine. The garden has a cosy pebbled area, a welcoming plant area and a grass area perfect for those summer BBQs. On the 1st floor you will find 2 bedrooms - one very large with 2 double beds and a sofabed and a second bedroom with 1 double bed and the modern bathroom. On the 2nd floor you will find 2 bedrooms - one very large with 2 double beds and another bedroom with 1 double bed. There is a 5th bedroom at the property on the 3rd floor however this is locked off for storage space only and is not available for guests.
Absolutely no smoking throughout the property or anywhere around the entrance. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional cleaning fee and a fine.
Sorry no parties, hen dos, stag dos, 18th/21st birthdays etc. No parties or events - Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine.
Sorry no pets allowed.
Longer-term stays (28 days or more) are allowed.
Quiet Hrs 11pm-7am.
Please ensure on checking out, that the property is fully secure with all windows are closed and the door is locked. Please replace the keys in the key box with the numbers scrambled. If the keys are not replaced, or they are lost, this may result in additional charges such as a lock smith, any nights the property is inaccessible, lost revenue from cancelled or delayed bookings etc.
Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply
If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.
