The property is beautifully positioned on a large 760 square meter stand with only a 38% coverage – the stand is second from the beach, with permanent direct beach access, only 20 meters onto the fantastic sought-after Golden Mile Beachfront.
The position is a real gem in that it faces true North and boasts a 33m frontage, bringing all day natural light and warmth into the home.
An extremely spacious and meticulously planned home, with extreme attention to detail; the property stands proud on the stand and is a completely ground level home – not a stair to contend with.
