Luxurious brand new holiday apartment in Mijas, one of just 32 excusive apartments in INBISA, ideally located just two minutesâ from the centre of this picturesque village. The residential complex has a meticulous cutting edge design with high-end finishes in all rooms and communal areas.
The lounge is furnished in a very modern and luxurious style and patio doors lead out onto the balcony which can also be accessed from the Master bedroom. There is an open plan kitchen area with top of the range kitchen equipment by Siemens including oven, microwave, hob and dishwasher. The washing machine is located in a separate area along with the water system which is of the latest technology.
The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms; the Master bedroom with a King sized bed and en-suite shower room; the second bedroom with twin beds and the use of the second bathroom also fitted with a walk in shower. Both bathrooms have under floor heating and heated towel rails. In the twin bedroom there is a fold up mattress that can be used as a childâs bed.
Fibre optic wi fi is available and the television offers a full package with at least 60 channels.
The property has state of the art cutting edge design to maximum space, light and comfort. In the entrance hallway there is a control for the integrated dual air conditioning and the electric blinds.
The apartment is very spacious (123 M2) and as it has lift access and is so close to the amenities of Mijas it would be suitable for clients with mobility issues.
There is lift access to both the underground garage where there is an allocated garage space available for your use, and to the infinity swimming pool and sunbathing area which enjoys panoramic coastal and sea views. There is also a small gym area directly opposite the apartment.
Within a short drive of the well connected AP7 motorway connection to the Airport, Malaga, Fuengirola, Marbella or Benalmadena are all within very easy reach. The nearest beach is only 10 minutesâ drive away and there are a good number of Golf courses within 20 to 30 minutesâ drive from the property if you are a keen golfer.
