The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven and essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also provided for your laundry needs.

The apartment boasts two pleasant bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe. To ensure your comfort, all beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom is well-appointed with towels, toiletries, and everything you need to freshen up during your stay.

For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned before your arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is ideally situated for those looking to explore the vibrant city of Manchester. With attractions such as Old Trafford and the Science and Industry Museum nearby, guests can easily immerse themselves in the history and culture of the area. Additionally, the property is surrounded by a variety of top-rated restaurants and bars, including The Oast House - Manchester and The Alchemist Spinningfields, providing plenty of dining and entertainment options. Whether you're a sports fan, history buff, or foodie, this location offers something for everyone to enjoy.

You will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
