Den har en rymlig Master Suite med dubbel ingång till master badrummet från sviten och korridoren från vardagsrummet, Queen size-säng, jacuzzi och duschkabin med stor garderobsarea för kläder, bagage och andra föremål, 2 Full storlek sovrum med badrum i mellan med takfläktar i alla dessa rum. Hemmet har också en annan takfläkt i vardagsrummet för att kyla dig medan underhållande gäster.
Det uppdaterade köket har vackra skåp, trägolv, vitvaror och en mikrovågsugn. Hemmet kan sitta 11 personer mellan köksbordet, frukostdisken och den formella matsalen för utmärkt mat i måltider.
Det finns också ett formellt vardagsrum, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, fyra plattskärms-TV, internet och surround sound underhållningssystem.
Den har en uppfart med en stor bilhamn. Den stora däcken har en trevägs ingångspunkt från bakgården, breezeway och speciellt Master Suite för att ha morgon- eller kvällssamtal med en kopp kaffe och njut av en trevlig måltid i Carolina utomhus. Hemmet har också 24 timmars underhåll.

Excellent location and very clean!

We had a great time at this house! We Walked to front street, where there are restaurants and shopping. The house was the right size for our family to be together but also have our own space! The owners are a great Christian family and really want you to enjoy your time!

Home away from home

It was like staying at my grandmother's house. Charming and comfortable, this 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a well equipped kitchen, big master bedroom/bath and covered carport. Great deck! The well groomed yard is large- perfect for outdoor games. The management by father and son worked well. If the father was not available, his son promptly responded. We hope to return next summer.

Great home . Old , classic and a great location close to everything from Beaufort to Morehead City to Atlantic Beach . The next door neighbor doesn't have a bedtime and talks late into the night along with playing the radio . One night til near 1 am . This is just to make folks aware and no offense to the owner at all who we found very pleasant .

Summer get away

We rented this house to get a summer getaway before we moved in to our house nearby. It was perfect. The landlords are great as well as the caretaker next-door. All the neighbors are friendly. A great place to stay and a great place to visit. Four blocks from downtown Beaufort a great walk. Highly recommend.

Nebraska Encounters Crystal Coast

This is a great property located just a few blocks from Front Street (Shops, restaurants, museum and fishing). Toby and his son, Chip made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We were greeted at the door with smiles, (even though it was pouring rain and our delayed flight made our arrival later than planned) and a run through of the house. After a quick trip to the grocery store (4 minutes away) we were able to eat on the deck every morning and a few early evenings. The patio offers relief from the sun in the early afternoon and gets a gentle breeze even when the wind is blowing up a storm. The house is big enough to give everyone (5 people, children ages 15, 18, and 21) some space at the end of a hot day and central air is refreshing. With two bathrooms w/ showers, it was easy to have everyone cleaned up quickly at night and the onsite washing machine and dryer allowed us to pack much lighter. There is a table in the kitchen but we used the patio more often. Everything worked in the kitchen as it should and the ice maker in the fridge worked great. The fridge is large enough to hold a week of breakfast and lunches allowing us to spend more on eating out at nearby restaurants in the evening. We were able to visit a new beach every day without driving more than 20 minutes. Atlantic Beach is less than 12 min. away and Ft. Macon Beach is 14 minutes. There are four public docks within walking distance. Our oldest son was able to catch pinfish, croakers and, with a little help from some locals, was able to land a small hammerhead shark. This is a great house in a great location and it was nice staying here. The locals are very friendly and they should be proud of their great town. We can’t wait to return and will definitely be staying at “Emma’s Resort”. Thank you Toby and Chip for making this the best vacation ever!

Wonderful “home away from home”

This home worked great for our family. It was very clean and provided plenty of room. The owners are awesome, their son even called the second day we were there to make sure everything was okay. The location is within minutes of Atlantic Beach and Morehead. We were able to walk to the Farmer’s Market Saturday morning. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks!

Home is very nice. Clean. We walked to the front street and to the restaurants and shops. You do have to wash towels before you leave so if you need to leave early bring your own towels.

Comfortable Home with Good Location

The home is an easy four block walk to the heart of the Beaufort Waterfront. It is located in a residential neighborhood on the commercial fringe of Beaufort, directly across from the courthouse We found the home to be roomy, comfortable, exceptionally clean and quiet. The owners were responsive and great to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing Time

I am a retired veteran who grew up in Beaufort with my family. I further my education by joining the military and later attending Community College. I am a father of 4 boys and have been happily married for over 50 years. My spouse who is also grew up in Beaufort went on to graduate from college and retired from the field of Education as a teacher.

This property is special to me because this was the home by the water for many years to me and my family. This is where we learned family morals, values of life and enjoyed a lot of holidays along with great home cooking. We kept the home in loving memories of my father and mother. After my father's passing , my mother went on to work at Belks until retirement where she was well knowned and highly respected . Emma's Resort, Casa de Agua, will always be that home by the water to us that we want to share with others.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We really fell in love growing up in the home. Just admiring the location of being able to walk downtown or even go crabbing or fishing just blocks away from the waterfront and minutes from the ocean. Sitting on the front porch admiring the fresh breeze or even playing in the big backyard. Easy access by car or on foot to the main street to go to the grocery store, church and other functions of a quiet neighborhood in the town.
