- Use of shared dryer and a washing machine in toilet room is included.
- There is no parking available at the property.

House Rules:

- Check-in time is after 5PM & Check-out time is no later than 9AM.
- One shower per person per day is included in the price. More showers than that or use of the bathtub can be purchased at an extra fee.  
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Please note that the flat above yours is occupied by the owners and they have a two cats and two tortoises that use the garden in the spring, summer and autumn month.
- Kindly ensure that the property is left in the same condition as it was found.
