Outdoors
The outdoor villa area is the perfect place to hit the relax button. Enjoy the Mediterranean sun in your private pool and have fun sunbathing on the sunbeds. If the sun gets too hot, you can have a quick refreshing shower at the outdoor shower and then head to the BBQ area to prepare a delicious meal for you and your close ones. The extensive lawn terrace of the luxury villa in Zante is perfect for kids. They will enjoy themselves running around or playing under the shade of umbrellas or at the protected dining area.

Interior
The interior space of villa Bellini is minimal and offers luxury home comforts for everyone. The living room features a TV and fireplace and it is the perfect place for a laid-back afternoon. The kids can watch their favorite show on the smart TV, while you can enjoy the sea view from the upper level balconies or chat over a cold brew in the fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms to guarantee privacy and easy living. All rooms are air-conditioned and if you’re travelling with your little angels, the villa can also provide a baby cot and a highchair.

You can be at Krioneri Beach in less than 15 minutes on foot. Payment policy
30% deposit of total amount is required to finalize reservation via bank transfer within 48 hours.

The deposit is refundable according to the cancellation policy
Remaining amount is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation before 18:00 (local property time) on Sunday, 17 August 2025.

If booking is cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card

If booking is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival date 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card

If booking is cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival date 75% of the total amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card

If booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date 100% of the total amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card

In case of a no show, the total cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card

In case of an early departure, the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card

Security Deposit: is collected via one sole bank transfer at least 2 weeks before the arrival day, or if supported, via credit card before or upon check-in and it is refunded to the same credit card or bank account within 5 working days after the check-out.

Upon check-in the client should present the credit card which was used for the booking confirmation along with the passport or ID of the card holder.

According to the law 5073/2023, the total amount of the booking doesn’t include the Climate Resilience Tax which is paid directly to the villa.
Climate Resilience Tax details:
Effective Date: The tax applies to all bookings with check-in date from January 1, 2025.
From November to March (low season): amounts from 2 euros up to 4 euros per villa per night.
From April to October (high season): amounts from 8 euros up to 15 euros per villa per night.
