Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. You can also access the private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave.
For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The building also features a gym, making it easy for guests to stay active and fit during their visit.
Additionally, the property offers private parking for one car, making it convenient for guests travelling with their vehicle.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30⏠(Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
