Vårt lägenhet ligger i Hilton Head Beach Club på 11 Tanglewood Drive, enhet # 38. Vårt nyinredda / uppdaterade bostadsrätt rymmer åtta personer, tre sovrum plus en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, två badrum, fullt kök, matsal, familjerum, tvättstuga och två privata gårdar. Vårt lägenhet ligger i ett område som är mycket attraktivt för äldre, unga par och familjer. Andelsläget ligger bara en kort fem minuters promenad till den vackra stranden på Hilton Head Island samt en kort fem minuters promenad till Coligny Beach Park och Coligny Plaza Shopping Center där du kan njuta av många fina restauranger, ett brett utbud av affärer , och levande underhållning, och om glass är din svaghet, finns det ett bra ställe att tillfredsställa din begär. Du kan också njuta av en lugn privat kväll i vår rymliga bakre innergård som grillar en av dina många favoritmåltider. Efter att ha tillbringat dagen på stranden kan du sitta runt poolen som ligger bara 90 meter från den bakre innergårdsgrinden. För din bekvämlighet finns en livsmedelsbutik och en spritaffär inom tre minuters promenad. Kom och besök oss på din nästa semester på Hilton Head Island; du kommer inte bli besviken över boende och plats.

Great location and townhome!

This was a great town home to stay in on Hilton Head Island. It's a quick walk from numerous shops, restaurants and the beach! The description and photos of the property are exactly as described. I would recommend it to anybody looking to stay on Hilton Head Island!

Fantastic property

This condo has it all - location, walkability, cleanliness, plenty of space and well appointed. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property and host

We had a wonderful stay at the condo during the week of July 4th. The location was fantastic and very accommodating to all our needs. We've been to Hilton Head before so we knew what to expect. Having a pool within the condo property was great, we enjoyed it every day. The walk to the beach was reasonable and we'd definitely stay there again. Our neighbors next door were especially nice which makes one feel welcome.

Family vacation

The property was very nice and conveniently located by the beach which enabled us to get bikes and ride those as our main means of transportation when it comes to going out too.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, very close to the pool and short walk to the beach. Right across the street from the big pirate ship playground, kids museum, and little amphitheater.

1st time back after 25 years

Came to HH as a child, decided to bring my family. It did not disappoint! The condo worked out perfectly. It was nicely decorated and a perfect location. We parked the vehicle and never drove again until we left. All was easily walkable.

Great location with ample room

Clean property within walking distance to Coligny Beach. A 10-15 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Overall clean and ample room.for our family of 4. Bathrooms were smaller than what we expected and wish the couch was a bit more comfrtabkw juat to sit and watch TV. This wouldn't keep us from staying again though. Communication from Gary wss very thorough and check-in was a breeze.

Great Condo for a Great Family Vacation

This condo was everything as advertised! Fantastic location to both the beach and shopping/nightlife. Everything is within walking distance. Very clean and owners are very easy to work with. Well appointed...including everything you need for the beach!

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. Gary was great to work with and his property was well maintained and lovely. Close proximity to downtown Hilton Head and the beaches made this a great location. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay in HHI

This property was extremely clean and well kept. It was convenient to the beach and shops in Coligny. Just a few minutes walk from both. Owner supplies chairs, a wagon etc. for use. Owner was very kind and attentive to our needs. A++++

Awesome Vacation Condo

Great location, perfect for shopping, restaurants and the park. About a 5 min walk to the beach - a wagon is a must if you have small kids. The pool was right outside the back patio. The condo was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend!

Great place near shopping and the beach

We (2 couples) came to Hilton Head for a family wedding and stayed at this great condo Mother's Day weekend 2023. It is in a great little community, within a 10 minute walk to Coligy Shopping center and the beach. The patio is great for enjoying a meal. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We would definately recommend it to anyone who enjoys vacationing while having the creature comforts of home.

Amazing!

We stayed here with our elderly parents and 2 young children and are so glad we did! The condo is comfortable and felt like home. It was perfect for our group of 6. The location was perfect too! The kids loved the playground and the short walk to the beach was a breeze! I highly recommend renting here and should we make our way back to Hilton Head again, we will definitely look no further than this property! The host was also a dream to work with! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This was a vacation for the books!

Very nice condo in a great location

Condo was very nice and spacious with a lot of outdoor seating. Close proximity to the beach and great restaurants. There was difficulty with check in but property owner was easy to get in touch with and most helpful. Theres also a property manager close by if needed who is super nice.

Great family place

The rental was perfect for our family. Our granddaughters loved the mermaid decor upstairs. Great location to walk to the beach and playground. Would love to visit when the weather is warmer for using the pool and patio.

We had been looking for a condominium for nearly two years and learned from our son about this one just coming on the market while we were traveling to Hilton Head at the end of July 2017 to see another condominium. We fell in love with the condominium because of its closeness to the beach and Coligny Plaza, ground level entry, two large walled private courtyards (front and rear), first floor bedroom with a walkout to the rear courtyard, only one flight of stairs (unlike many other condominiums), and close proximity to a grocery store, restaurants, and other retail outlets.

We are committed to doing our very best to make your stay a memorable experience. We continue to make both incremental and large improvements to our condominium each year to enhance the quality of our guests' visits.
