With all the services around and a quick connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably, this property is perfect to spend a unique holiday in El MĂ©dano.

It has direct access to the terrace, but is currently inaccessible due to works in the complex.

It is also in an excellent location, close to the South airport and with a quick connection to the motorway. The area is pedestrianised, with supermarkets nearby and everything you need around. It is recommended to rent a car if you want to visit the rest of the island.
The flat is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen, and shower towels.
It is currently possible to hear the noise generated by construction work taking place outside the property.
