A stunning little townhouse in a concrete jungle, extremely quiet but perfectly placed to explore this little island. Centrally located where shops and restaurants are a short stroll away. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk as is the beach front. This is a townhouse and not a cosy country retreat, itâs buzzing with energy during the day but strangely quiet at night time. Four double bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom facilities ensure that large groups can still enjoy a bit of individual downtime to enjoy a book and have a quiet cup of tea . Discover Jersey from this stylish townhouse in the heart of St Helier. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by top restaurants, cafes and shops, itâs a perfect place for leisure or work. Spacious and thoughtfully designed, this home offers comfortable interiors modern amenities and a private patio equipped with a Ninja wood fire bbq and seating area with fire-pit for 6-8 adults.
The space
Each of the four bedrooms are crafted for relaxation and privacy all featuring en-suite bathrooms. Towels, toiletries, quality bed linen, security safe, hairdryers, fans and smart tvâs are all included along with tea and coffee making facilities in all the rooms.
The twin room can be made up to accommodate a king size bed on request. Cots, bedding and high chairs are also available again on request. The light airy decor creates a serene and inviting atmosphere making each bedroom feel like a private haven.
Living Area: The bright, open lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or business meetings. Equipped with high-speed WiFi, a Freeview Smart TV, and comfortable seating, this living area caters to both relaxation and entertainment. A blend of cozy furnishings and modern accents makes it an ideal spot for gathering or relaxing solo.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Featuring top-quality appliances, 2 x Ninja air fryers, cookware, and utensils, it's perfect whether you're cooking a quick breakfast or a full dinner. The adjacent dining room is spacious, providing a comfortable setting for group meals or a casual snack.
Outdoor Space: Step into the private patio at the rear of the townhouse, complete with comfortable seating and a BBQ area. Ideal for al fresco dining or simply enjoying Jersey's mild climate, this outdoor space serves as a tranquil oasis right in the heart of town.
Additional Amenities: A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for guests, making it convenient for extended stays.
Dyson hair straighteners and curling wands are available on request as are spare phone, standard toothbrush chargers and electrical plugs.
There's also a dedicated office space.

The front access has private gated parking for up to 4 cars, a valuable perk in central St Helier and ideal for guests looking to explore more of Jersey. There is a bicycle hire shop again in walking distance of the property where there is a large selection of top of the range e-bikes.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I love the fact that I can walk to the main shopping street in a few minutes or enjoy lunch or drinks in one of the many pubs and restaurants without worrying about ordering taxis. The walk(or daily run) from Sandringham along the front to St Aubin and back is about 6 miles and for those feeling energetic they can enjoy the fitness trail along the way. Cycling along the seafront is lovely, I love cycling to Corbiere along the old railway walk which begins at St Aubin.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Sandringham House is in the perfect location to explore everything Jersey has to offer, itâs a hidden gem in a concrete jungle. Close to the hospital and The opera house and 2 minutes walk to the seafront. A large area to park behind a gated entrance is a huge perk for St Helier. Itâs surprisingly big once you get inside, a bit like the tardis. The little courtyard at the rear of the house is perfect for alfresco dining.
