The villa spans three levels. The entrance level features an open-plan kitchen, a dining area with seating for 6, and a living room with a TV and sofas. Balcony doors lead to a sea-view balcony. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are available throughout. On the upper level, one bedroom offers a double or twin bed, ceiling fans, air conditioning, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom also has access to a balcony with sea views. The lower level includes two more bedrooms, each with double or twin beds, ceiling fans, air conditioning, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the private pool, kitchen, living areas, and laundry facilities. Shared parking is available. Daily housekeeping and other services such as pool cleaning and gardening are provided.
