The Neighborhood:
This property is amazing all year round for a visit to buzzing Brighton. If you are looking to put a creative edge into your shopping, The Lanes Brighton offers a shopper’s paradise of independent shops and boutiques. Their twittens offer an extraordinary mix of antiques and jewellery shops nestling alongside specialist contemporary and designer boutique fashion. Crammed with quaint and wondrous shops and funky restaurants and cafes. The famous Brighton Pier and its entertainment are under 10 mins stroll away along the seafront
The area boasts numerous pubs where you can rest up and grab a drink, too.
Away from the centre at Brighton Marina (20 mins), you’ll find bowling and a cinema.
Loads to do for all tastes, from outdoor adventures for city explorers to total isolation for those who prefer the homely and the comfy!
Getting Around:
Brighton is a seaside resort on the south coast of England 47 miles (75 km) south of London. Brighton Station is 30 minutes from Gatwick Airport by train or it's 35-45 mins by car. There’re also plenty of taxis from Brighton train station which will cost around £5-10 to reach our apartment.
On foot is the easiest way to explore Brighton & this property is close to everything the City has to offer. Short walk to Brighton Pier, Beach & Royal Pavilion

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will incur a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Age limit 21.
