Scarborough - 4 Beds - Sea View - Pet Friendly

Built in the 17th Century, it was one of the first 6 built guesthouses in Scarborough.

Sea views, central location, beach 5 min walk, town centre 1 minute walk. A Pub opposite and several more very close by. McDonald’s 100 metres away. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, takeaways & eateries too

The place has lots of character and is more of a cottage style setting than a modern one

It is very authentic and ideal for those persons looking for more rustic charm than a 21st century modern feel.

The space

The property covers 4 floors, and the stairs rotate around the floors so care should be taken when going up and down them.

-First floor has a living room, Fireplace, Smart TV. WIFi two settees, 6-seater dining table and a kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, air fryer, slow cooker and regular pans etc.

-Second floor has a bedroom (double bed) bathroom with bath and over bath shower and separate toilet

-Third floor has two bedrooms (double beds) separate shower room

-Fourth floor has one bedroom (2 x singles) separate bathroom with bath and toilet

They are not ideal for anyone who has difficulty walking or is unsteady on their feet.

Please bear in mind this is a town centre location so it can be noisy when people are walking home from a couple too many, or don’t know when to go home.

We also have sash windows that are not soundproof (conservation area) and may allow a bit of dust to be blown onto windowsills, even after meticulous cleaning by our superstar girls 💫💫

Last but not least, seagulls… Love them or hate them (I hate them 🤩) they can be heard and seen in most places, and we’re not exempt.

They also have no regard for the cleanliness of our windows and as much as we do try and keep the windows clean; alas these little critters keep fighting back.
