This fantastic holiday home in Husby, which is perfect for accommodating large families or groups on up to 20 people. The house, built in 2011, is located on a spacious lot on 3500 square meters, only 2000 meters from the water, which makes it an ideal place for those who want to enjoy nature and the beauty of the beach.
Inside, the house offers pÄ a host of facilities that ensure a comfortable and entertaining experience. With a house area on 300 square metres, there is plenty of room for everyone. There are a total of seven bedrooms, including four with double beds, two with two bunkbeds each and one with two single beds, which makes it easy to find the perfect sleeping space for all guests. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the activity room available, which can be used for extra overnight guests.
The house has three modern bathrooms, all equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Underfloor heating and heating the bathrooms ensure that you always feel warm and comfortable, regardless of the season. For extra relaxation, you can use the indoor spa, which can accommodate up to seven people, or the infrared sauna, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities.
For those who love to entertain, there is an activity room where you can play table tennis or table football, as well as a pool table for fun times with friends and family. The house also has a swimming pool with water slide, which makes it a hit with the children. Outside, you can enjoy the large terrace, which is ideal for barbecues and relaxing in the sun, while the children play in the sandbox or on the the swings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, freezer and corner cupboard. You will never lack for anything when it comes to cooking and storage.
