Confortable and large apartment (160 s.m.) in the Flaminio district, a 5 minute walk from Auditorium Parco della Musica made from Renzo Piano and 10 minutes walking distance from the Stadio Olimpico.
To get to the center easily you take a streetcar to Piazza Flaminio; here you have the Metro Flaminio station that in two stops takes you to Termini train Station.
The apartment, very near to the Tevere river, is located on the seventh floor (with elevator). It consists of an entrance, a large double living room, fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms with showers + a third bathroom with WC and lavabo, two master double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Ideal apartment for a family of 6 people or a group of friends.
Apartment with double facing, very light and quiet. Equipped with Wi fi, washing machine, dish washing machine!
