This charming 50 m² property offers a cosy and inviting retreat in the heart of the city. It is located on the 5th floor, and although it has an elevator, guests must climb some stairs to reach it.

The open-plan living and sleeping area is beautifully designed with stone walls that reflect the city's urban spirit. The living space includes a comfortable sitting area with a single couch bed, perfect for unwinding and watching TV after a day of adventure. Behind the living room, the comfortable sleeping nook features a queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The compact kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, making it easy to enjoy the comforts of home during your stay.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

São Nicolau is a historic neighbourhood in the heart of Porto, known for its narrow, cobbled streets and charming 16th-century buildings. The Igreja de São Nicolau, a beautiful Baroque church, is a highlight of the area, showcasing the city's rich architectural heritage.

The neighbourhood is also home to cosy cafes, traditional restaurants, and wine bars, offering visitors a taste of local cuisines like Francesinha and port wine. Its central location near the Douro River and Ribeira district makes it a great spot for exploring Porto’s culture and attractions.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, São Bento, is just a 600-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
